Who we are

This website

• There is no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by this site.
• The button labeled email opens your own mail app. We don't receive anything until you send the message.
• The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and reliability. We don't use those logs to market to you.

When you email us

We receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply, to quote, and to do work you have asked for. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for someone else's marketing.

When we email you

We sometimes send a small number of individual messages to businesses, at a public business address, about a service that may fit them. Each of those messages:

• names Plusone Technology and includes our postal address;
• is plain text, with no tracking pixel and no tracked link;
• tells you how to opt out. Reply "no" and we won't email you again.

For that, we keep only what we need: the business name, the public business email or phone, where we found it, and a note of what we sent and when.

Opt out

If you reply "no", ask us to stop, or email presence@getplusonets.com with the subject "Unsubscribe", we stop and add you to a suppression list. We check that list before every outreach message.

The list keeps a short record so the request sticks: your email address, the business name if we know it, the date, and how you asked. We keep that record even if you ask us to delete other data, because without it we could not be sure we never write again. We use it for nothing else.

If you hire us

Materials and access you give us, such as photos, logos, and profile access, are used only for the agreed work. We publish your business name, photos, or results only with your written permission. Card payment is a secure charge through Stripe. We don't store your card number.

Service providers

We use other companies to run the work: email, web hosting, Stripe for card payment, and AI tools that help draft a site or a reply. They may process data for us and may be in other countries, including the United States.

How long we keep it

• Emails and questions: as long as we need to handle them, and a reasonable time after for our records.
• Project files: for the job, and a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Outreach notes: deleted when we no longer need them. Suppression-list entries stay, as described above.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from the suppression record. Email presence@getplusonets.com. We reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
